Kelby Stout was rude and unprofessional when I took my daughter in for ongoing symptoms. Spent the entire session telling me there’s nothing wrong with her and that there’s nothing they can do. I will not be taking my kids or myself ever back to this instacare because of him.
Lady answering the phone could have been more friendly, less snarky, and more helpful. Googled Family Medicine and unfortunately it gave me the number to instacare. Rather than the lady telling me that I probably wanted family medicine, she started off with, "You called instacare, we don't make appointments, we have lots of different departments here". Not very professional. Anyway, she eventually transferred me to family medicine.......
