I went to InstaCare for a bunch of scrapes on the back of my wrist and a big gash in my thumb the people there were really nice but I was very disappointed in the doctor and the nurse doctor came in with a mask on kept about 5 ft away from me wasn't close enough to examine the cut and see how deep it was and then the nurse came in to clean it while she was cleaning it she hurt me really bad where the deep cut was and then when she wrapped it she was finishing it up and I pointed out to her that she didn't even cover the deep... read more
I’m beyond frustrated with Dr. Jed Gardner. I’ve been feeling sick the past four days and I come into the clinic and finally met with him. Literally spent 8 minutes with him, no test nothing and he mentioned that I have the flu. Last time I had test to determine if it was the flu I ended up having RSV. He mentioned that he was sending medications to the pharmacy at choice and when I arrived later this evening the pharmacy has no records of the medication being sent over. PCP great!
I usually have a good experience with this clinic but Megan Western was highly unprofessional and exhibited a lot of laziness and lack of care. She took disorganized one word notes on a piece of paper and didn't get ANY of the facts, timeline, or anything correct in anyway about my illness. I stated I got sick after another illness and have been down for 3-4 weeks but she refused to fully test, do labs, prescibe antibiotics.
