I went into urgent care on September 3, after visiting earlier in the week and being told to come back if the pain I was experiencing got any worse. It did and I was met with terrible bedside manner and encountered judgement for my reasons for coming in. I would not recommend Megan Western for any sympathy to anyone going through a health crisis as she was rude and dismissive. Really appreciate Intermountain Health. I wish they were in Florida where I now live. Check-in was smooth, wait time was reasonable, and the doctor answered all my questions. One suggestion, that the provider introduce themselves by name. I usually ask if they don't but wasn't feeling well. I think his name badge may have flipped over also. Other than that, I received great care.
Had to go through hospital to get care.
Great Medical Assistant. He was planning to go to med school. Once Dr Patty came in, there was a palpable sense of rush and lack of care. His physical exam was poor. He didn’t seem to look at the chart at all. And he already had a plan that he was fixed on before he even walked in the door and had no flexibility or desire to try other options. Could not have been a worse experience and I work for Intermountain Health and am a caregiver myself.
Dayne was an absolute angel. He made sure all my needs were met and was fun to talk to and made my time there just wonderful.
