We have lived at RiverEast for a little over a year, and we love it here. We have a two bedroom upper unit, and it is very spacious, with a vaulted ceiling in the living room. Other than the occasional door slam, we haven t really heard anything of our neighbors. This winter has been pretty extreme, but last winter we only had to turn on our heat a couple times--the heat from the lower level apartment kept our apartment warm. All of our apartments are 2 bedroom 1 bath, w/ washer & dryer in each unit. We have breakfast counters, the kitchens have a double sink w/ gabage dispoosal, dishwasher. electric stove w/ self cleaning ovens and hooded vent, full size refrigerators and lots of cabinet/counter space.
