Worst rehab I have ever been to. When I came in I was going through serious withdrawal & they were completely inconsiderate of my condition and tried to make me perform tasks at the rate of someone who had made it completely through detox. There was this councilor there that was giving me a ride to get clothes and was very rude and un encouraging. Do not have any advice to share as during the appointment. Wonder if the boring visit is why I may not see 40.
River Ridge was exactly what I needed. Even when I didn't want it. The staff was amazing and caring. Definitely an experience I will always treasure.
I feel like I was lied to right at the jump. I was desperate in need of a Rehab for my adult son. I called River Ridge and they told me they would check to see if he had insurance and if he didn’t it would be $5000. When we arrived they said he did not have insurance so I cleaned out my savings account to pay for it. The following day I was cleaning my son’s house and in the mailbox was his new insurance card and he had coverage beginning two weeks prior to the date.
