From checking in to leaving with drive up service, it was a great experience for a not so fun day fory 18 yr old. Everyone was very professional and caring, Dr Henrikson was great as well as his staff. I definitely recommend this group!
I had a great experience! The staff were friendly and fun, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The surgery went smoothly, and my post-op recovery has been easy so far, with little to no swelling or bruising!
10/10 would recommend. Everything was clean and tidy. I arrived shortly before my 2pm appointment to have my wisdom teeth extracted and was leaving with my designated driver before 3:30pm. Experience was more casual than I expected, it was a welcome surprise. Staff was relaxed, upbeat, and confident.
I entered a worried mother. My son needed a biopsy. It was a pleasant environment. All staff was very professional and so kind. The surgical Doctor's words gave me peace. My son and I walked out in good spirits. If I had to recommend a place.. this would be it!
Scheduling experience and all staff that I dealt with were just fine but the experience with Dr. Brent Henrikson was pretty terrible. It has been roughly one and a half years since I took my daughter with a cleft palate to him, and the experience was bad enough for me to decide to come back all this time later and leave a review.
