I had a very bad experience with River Ridge from day 1. When my husband was trasported from St Lukes I called FIVE times before I got through-first time I called I did not get through, the second time I called the call was dropped, the 3rd and 4th call I was told the nurses were busy and could not take the call. The first time I went to visit him I found the room he was staying in unacceptable-bed was too small, and their was drinking straw wrapper, a cup wrapper, and bandage on the floor.
