Sierra has been great! Amazing communication, customer service, and genuine personality.
This is a nice place to live, but Very deadly and I mean very deadly to your pockets and safety.. let's start with the pockets.. Your Rent goes up every year no matter how long you lived there! When you first move in they tell you that they have a Metric bill Generator for all the Utilities, So your thinking, OK that's good with everyone living in the Apartment building that is probably all occupied and your bill will be very low Right? We had a great move in process with Ali Scott at RiverRidge. Everything was smooth and laid out perfectly to make it a stress free process. She was really really really nice!!!!
Working with Sierra was fantastic! She was prompt, helpful and efficiently answered all of my questions!
Nice apartments and fast acting maintenance staff. Lived in both Cottonwood and River Ridge Apartments for years which is managed by same staff. Biggest issue we came across in both locations is loose dogs that management refuses to deal with. It seems they pick and choose what rules they want to enforce and fine people.
