DONT MOVE HERE! It’s roach infested and my son was assaulted and they didn’t fix my sink ! All these problems and more I documented and brought to the attention all communication has been documented! These are all lease violations so I left and they are saying I owe them 4k for breaking the lease when they clearly didn’t cure my issues for months ! Mrs. Mary is truly a God send. She cares passionately about the community and most importantly the residents. She has made impactful changes and big improvements to create a clean and safe space for the tenants. My experience there was great. My unit was clean and fresh,no issues non whatsoever.Maintenance issues were resolved lightning fast usually same day or 1 day max. The grounds were kept clean and the dumpsters are emptied daily.
