Wonderful place to live, clean, attractive, good neighbors. The landlady is wonderful and so is the maintenance man. Both do their jobs in a straightforward up-right manner and they are good to get along with. This place is 16 years old and I have lived here 12 years. Comment from Andrea is a lie and she was the only problem here. She got evicted and refused to move for 3 months while terrorizing other tenants.
