I hate this place. It's dirty and disgusting and reminds me of section 8. Landlord is paying my boyfriend under the table and it's not enough. I can barely afford my daughter's private school. My boyfriend that lives here with me and gets paid cash for the management only gets $250 a month is social security. How am I supposed to survive? It's also hard living so close to my husband while living with my boyfriend of a month.

Everything was “great” until everything wasn’t great. 2 months in cock roaches were showing in the apartment. Took maintaince forever to even fix a window. And if you post about tenant rights anywhere you get evicted don’t rent here if you expect help from the city she will refuse it. Even though money is money. She will illegally evict you and that is exactly what was done. Cops told me money is money I took everything to the cops. So it is on record in her name and business. Not the nicest thing in the world was the world, but they’re affordable and very understanding landlords willing to work with all kinds of people

Horrible landlord. Never fixes anything and will only text when rent is due. Apartments are black mold and roach infested also the have mice. Joan is the worst landlord ever she needs to be sued for false advertising that the apartments are beautiful. Joan is definitely a slum landlord and since I have been gone I have so much peace and a house. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. If you want a headache and unclean living then move here
