No heat in most of the apartments. No one will fix the heat. Burst pipes and flooding because of the cold. Do not live here
My Grandmother lived here for years. The last few years she lived there she battled with bed bugs. They never went away. I would NOT recommend anyone to live here.
Great place to live.
