I lived in River Ridge Apartments in Asheville which is managed by NHE and owned by Graycliff. I turned them into city over 3 homeless camps on their property and piles of garbage left by them they and got cited. They refused to renew my lease even though I have been living here 5 years and never been late on rent. Went to court, but got dismissed. Still refused to give long term lease, plus $400 mo. extra charges. 68, 2x breast cancer, and they did not care if I got exposed to Covid by moving. These people are crooks. Just... read more
River Ridge I love my apartment and I love the location, but I distrust the leasing company. They have lied and given me the wrong information several times. River Ridge changed ownership a couple of years ago and it is now going downhill fast. I am a senior and I had hoped this would be my last place, but now I am considering moving.
