The furnaces in these apartments don’t work, when you call for maintenance, the person who answers doesn’t know English very well. So when you say your furnace isn’t working, they for some reason think you’re talking about your water heater. The “maintenance” are actually just residents that aren’t very qualified for the work, and get their rent lowered to do the work. They will take forever to get your request fixed.

This management company and owners on the complex are slumlords. They do not care about you once you move in. They treat you like you're the problem because we want the things they are required to give us within the contract we signed. For 8 months now, since I moved in my bathroom ceiling is leaking from the upstairs apartments used toilet water and bath water. The health risk is crazy to me and my special needs son.
