*Edit to add: Still takes about a month for maintenance to get done. Thought it was just me until I spoke with neighbors. Currently an elderly woman is going on week 5 without a stove because hers was leaking gas. Nextdoor still has a hole in their ceiling from a leak repair a year ago. Silverside Management is an absolute nightmare. Moved in June of ‘22. Live in one of the townhomes up front. The month after I moved in the complex was sold and is now ran by Silverside management. The furnaces in these apartments don’t work, when you call for maintenance, the person who answers doesn’t know English very well. So when you say your furnace isn’t working, they for some reason think you’re talking about your water heater. The “maintenance” are actually just residents that aren’t very qualified for the work, and get their rent lowered to do the work. They will take forever to get your request fixed.
Called to inquire about an available apartment on their website, lady said it was a different one that’s 2x the cost and then hung up.
