Had gotten an opportunity to walk this community and tour homes built here recently. A quiet, low maintenance community along a small river, in a convenient location (close to the airport, downtown, hospital, etc.)! Quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, these homes are beautiful! As a realtor, I get to walk a ton of homes, these blow the competition out of the water! Highly recommend the community and builder. Thank you for the opportunity to visit

Definitely include Empire Communities in your new home search. Cindy and Frank are great to work with and go above and beyond to help clients. They are very knowledgeable responsive. Great floor plans that are spacious and well thought out. Quality construction and tasteful upgrade options. River Reserve is conveniently located to I-85 and zoned for Greenville county schools. Be sure to check out this community and others in the Upstate.

We have been looking for a new home for more than 2 years...…almost an year ago we drove through river reserve, I had some reservations regarding the surroundings. Still, we used to drive through the sub division to see the progress. Once we saw few completed homes decided to stop at the sales office, like they say rest is history!
