I’ve been a homeowner in the neighborhood for 2 years now and have not been disappointed! Our new home build experience with Empire was fantastic from start to finish! Working with Cindy, the community sales agent, was an absolute pleasure. She guided us through every step of the process—clearly explaining what to expect, helping us schedule and prepare for our design studio appointments, keeping us informed with weekly construction updates, and making sure we were fully ready for closing. Lived here for six months and so happy with the move. The community superintendent, Sam and his assistant Josh are amazing, very easily accessible and always happy to help and they build a great product. I would highly recommend this community and this builder to anyone looking for new home construction.
Cindy and Frank are The best agents! Also their entire building team is so awesome - Sam, Bryan are always advocating for you! They dont cut corners during build and come clutch when something isn't correct even if it takes more than once to fix it the right away even AFTER you bought the house! 100% recommend!
