My family has had a TON of animals taken care of by Dr. Myers and she currently cares for my own fur baby as well. You can tell she really loves her job as much as every animal that comes through there. The staff has always been very attentive, caring, and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have submitted two ratings...#5 for theatrics by staff in response to negative rating .#1 in response to ratings of care I have reviewed. Based on behavior of staff member I would be reluctant to risk the theatrics following a potential disagreement!
If you care at all about your wounded pet, DO NOT take them to this place. My first visit to the vet was fine, my pet saw the regular vet. However, today was an entirely different matter. The vet on duty was extremely unprofessional and unfit to care for your beloved pet. I removed my dog and took him to Cobbs Ford Pet Health Center where he was treated very well and received the best care imaginable. Wonderful Service, Amazing Staff. Thank you for all you do! I can't imagine taking my babies anywhere else! We have taken all of our pets to Amy since the day we got them (and we have numerous animals). She has cried with us when we had to put a kitten down and cried with us when we had to put sweet Delilah (my pug) down just yesterday. We love River Region Vet Services! My family's pets have been seeing Dr Myers for nearly 15 years, back when she was mobile! We love how direct she's always been with us about our pets health concerns. The staff is friendly, and the facility is great! Our current pet, a giant Rott, LOVES Paws at Play and his grooming sessions we occasionally pamper him with. RRVS is an ALL-AROUND great place for pets - boarding, grooming, daycare, and health care.
