There is an issue with my AC unit where it struggles to cool my apartment and it runs all day, on automatic, nonstop. EDIT TO ADD: They got upset about my bad review and after sending us a signed copy of the charges that states our balance was at $0.00 and no further changes would be made to the account as of May 08th, 2024, they reported it to our credit. They even sent an email stating they were bad renters as we were bad rentees. pictures posted as proof Do not recommend renting from this company!
