Howard does not care about the apartments on howard street. Treetop apartments are horrible. The garbage can overflows and trash all on the ground. I had the most horrible years over there. H e only cares about money and not about the tenant.
Michael Howard used to run howard’s Realty group with Andre. He is now running this company. He is a slum lord who does not care about his tenants. I rented from them for years and was unable to move because of finance. His apartments treetop on Howard Street are horrible. The trash is never emptied only about three months at a time.
