This is a bit different for a review but I contacted River Region when I was already under contract with a different buyer because I didn't think that deal was going to go through. Derek came out and looked over my property and while he couldn't give me an offer at that time due to the pending contract he was extremely helpful and honest with me, helping me navigate the waters a bit better. I would definitely recommend working with River Region if you are looking to sell your home.
I was uncertain what to expect using a home buying business, but we have been extremely pleased with River Region Buyers. They were fair, honest, cooperative, and flexible. Be realistic in what you expect, and be sure to factor in what it would cost you for repairs and marketing. Everything went smoothly from the initial meeting to the closing and communication from them was great. We highly recommend checking them out!
Well after thinking we were going to remodel our second home. I thought again and said nope! Not enough extra time to do it. Sent a message to Derek. We met up at the house a day later. He gave me an offer 2-3 weeks later the papers were signed. Talk about fast and no back and forth. Super nice guys to deal with. Thank you fellas! Best Wishes.
Super easy to work with! We were able to choose our own date for closing, leaving us plenty of time to find the right new home for us without the stress! Highly recommend!
We have never utilized a business like this but called Derek and he made the process go so smoothly. It is not right for everyone but for us it was perfect and fast. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to sell their home as is. Great experience!!
