About 8 years ago they sold a property in newburgh and someone make up property lines so now the ppl will not stop saying they owen my property I ran rope but still the realter told them calll realter up voice mail no call back I guess I report them river service your a poor service realter
I contacted River Realty regarding a property they had represented back in 2924. First, I called and left a message for the sales agent, then followed up with a text - no response. Then, I called the company directly and left a voice mail - no response. I called a few days later, and again got an answering machine. If this is how this company responds to potential clients then I would strongly suggest passing on using their services. Ridiculous. Unresponsive agent. Sends you to voicemail, asks you to communicate through text, at last you never hear from her! Desiree M Beecham please do better! I Will never deal with this company and I do not recommend it.
I highly recommend Elizabeth Vega-Lebron at River Realty, herself a community nonprofit volunteer, for her excellent service and passion for sustaining and sharing the best that Newburgh has to offer. E. VL represented me as a real estate agent during my search for an apartment in Newburgh. She made great effort to arrange tours even on a moment’s notice. Thanks to her great relationships with many agents in the area, the landlord even agreed to pay a substantial portion of my agent fee.
