Moved here recently and love the atmosphere and amenities. Maintenance and office staff are very nice and keep the property in great shape !

River Reach should be called Roach Reach because the roaches seem to be the only residents truly thriving here. I’ve never seen a pest problem this bad. It doesn’t matter how clean you keep your apartment—roaches still show up everywhere. At this point, they seem more permanent than some of the maintenance fixes. Speaking of maintenance, don’t expect the AC to stay working for long. It constantly breaks down, and dealing with Florida heat without reliable air conditioning is ridiculous. Living at River Reach has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. The roaches don’t just visit—they practically pay rent. No matter how many times the issue is reported, the problem never seems to get resolved. The staff and maintenance team act like residents’ concerns are an inconvenience instead of something they’re paid to address. Getting help feels like shouting into the void.
