I went in because my cat got sick from fleas. Did not take my opinion into account, had the audacity to tell me my cat didn't look like he had fleas (bc I bathed him before bringing him in, duh) I kept saying he probably had hook worms from fleas, and Dr. Hale would NOT listen. Charged me exorbitant prices for unnecessary treatments and eventually cost me a fortune and my cat his life.
Dr. Hale and the entire team are absolutely amazing. The high level of care and COMPASSION found in this clinic is unparalleled. Dr. Hale and her team take time to understand what's going on and actually give your dog a thorough exam. From the second we walked in the door we felt welcomed. I have never felt more at peace in clinic than I have here. I'm beyond thankful that this building remained a veterinary clinic because quality care was getting difficult to find in the North Metro. I have been taking my dog Ariel to see Dr.Hale for a few years now, each time has been a great experience for my wallet, myself and my dog. Ariel doesnt dread going to the vet and that speaks volumes to how they treat and care for pets time and time again. I will continue to have any and all of my pets care through river rapids pet clinic for many years to come. Thank you
