I have a dog who has been quite anxious when it comes to veterinary visits. I decided to switch to this location a few months ago. The team at River Rapids pet hospital have far exceeded my expectations with compassion, kindness, and excellent care! My dog actually seems to enjoy going there- which is a huge relief! My cat has not stopped purring since he was seen by Dr Hale. She worked him in for a spur of the moment visit due to health concerns he has been having. He is doing so much better and will not leave my side. He is so happy and seems so relieved to have had the treatment he got. We are all set up with a plan to keep him healthy. I brought my cat in with a urinary blockage, the team went above and beyond to save him. A truly compassionate and dedicated team Dr. Reid and Dr. Hale are both wonderful as are the rest of team. I am so thankful for them saving my boy! God bless you all! I highly recommend this veterinary clinic!
