Way over priced...
Best 55 + park in Rio Grande Valley if you love to fish. Good neighbors and lots of activities. Great management. We came for one season and decided to reserve our lot permanently. Five minutes from the grocery and hardware store in Rio Hondo, 20 minutes to big stores in Harlingen, 45 minutes to South Padre Island. Update 2024. We are very happy here.
