THEY ARE WAITING FOR WARRANTIES TO EXPIRE - SNEAKY. PERHAPS THIS IS WHY THERE ARE ACTIVE CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AGAINST THIS BUILDER? The realtor Jeff was extremely kind!! He allowed us to view both of the model homes and answered all of our questions. He was patient and very informative.
Love the new houses. My husband and I spoke with Jose and Ozzie, both were helpful and entertained anything we wanted to look at.
