The realtor Jeff was extremely kind!! He allowed us to view both of the model homes and answered all of our questions. He was patient and very informative.
Love the new houses. My husband and I spoke with Jose and Ozzie, both were helpful and entertained anything we wanted to look at.
The neighborhood and location are fantastic! The builder, quality, contractors, and customer service in the North Houston office specifically - are horrendous. We moved in nearly one year ago (this month). Found out after we moved in that our house was built out of square and that's why all of our bathroom (3 bathrooms) vanities were out of square - crooked cabinets, crooked from the wall, everything off center and will always be unless we tear off the back wall of our house and rebuild and your Horton will never admit fault... read more
