Absolutely TERRIBLE management. They have DESTROYED the water runoff on my property and REFUSE to fix it by giving one excuse after another. NOW, their contractors are blatantly dumping water into MY property where the water is STUCK! Apparently they only care about you when you’re buying the home, then leave you high and dry without responding do warranty requests and issues
Overall Experience was the best From dealing with the sellers to the lenders, and all the reps.

I recently purchased a new home, and Glenn Loving was the builder superintendent throughout the process. I can confidently say he was outstanding to work with. Glenn was extremely attentive to detail, always making sure everything was done correctly and up to standard. He was also very helpful anytime I had questions or concerns, and his knowledge of the building process really showed.
