I am very impressed with the leasing office staff starting with our property tour, through move-in, and throughout our stay so far. Everyone's very friendly, courteous, and willing to help. I frequent the common areas especially the business/study area so I can print school materials and the office staff always greet me with a smile and know me by my first name. I don’t usually write long reviews, but River Ranch Apartments in San Angelo truly deserves one. My experience here has been outstanding, and that’s largely because of the incredible team that runs and maintains this community. I’ve had a really positive experience living at River Ranch Apartments. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe. Management is professional and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, it’s a great place to live in San Angelo, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run community.

I don’t have any experience to compare my time at River Ranch to, but I have enjoyed my time here. The maintenance crew are always good about getting back to you if you need help with fixing something and they are always nice to talk to as well!
