I love River ranch!! We’ve had no issues with the apartment and maintenance is always on the simple things.
River ranch is better than Angelo place for sure. But it’s also not as good as I originally thought. I realized that the gates are still not fixed and there have been car break in which I get that they happen but if the gates worked it would make it harder for thieves to break in. I also understand there are no cameras on the property to identify thieves or any incidents that happen. I’ve had a great experience living here. The entire staff is incredibly nice, always welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever I need anything. The complex itself is quiet, relaxing, and I’ve never had any issues with maintenance or amenities. The maintenance team is quick, efficient, and honestly the best I’ve dealt with at any apartment. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and stress-free place to live, and I really appreciate how well everything is run.
