I lived at River Ranch for a year and can not recommend it enough if you are looking to have an easy move into an already furnished apartment. Maintenance requests were answered right away. Pool and gym facilities are up-kept and modern. The staff members were always helpful, friendly, and host little events to get people active in the community. Thanks for everything River Ranch crew!
I’ve been living at River Ranch Apartments in San Angelo for almost a year now, and it’s been nothing but excellent. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. The property is well-kept, quiet, and feels safe which I really appreciate. My apartment is spacious and comfortable, and everything has worked great from day one. I’ve also really enjoyed the community atmosphere here. So far my experience with RR has been wonderful! I can not say enough good things about Cullen, he is by far the best. He has been so patient with my son and his buddies getting ready to move in. AND been extra patient with me asking 1000 questions! When Cullen says he going to do something, expect it to get done… he makes things happen! Cullen is an absolute excellent at what he does. We had some troubles with roommates and he got us fixed and squared away
Been a resident here since April and we have been thoroughly impressed with living at River Ranch. John Duran and all of the staff have been outstanding throughout the entire process of moving in and daily living. Paperwork was a breeze and the apartment is great. Mr. Duran has been an excellent resource for taking care of all of the minor move-in issues, often resolving them within 24 hours of request.
