Absolutely terrible experience. Management is unprofessional and tries to charge tenants illegal fees after move-out, including months of rent that are not owed. They ignore disability-related issues, provide zero help, and treat residents with disrespect. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

El trato de los manager, las instalaciones entregan dañadas para luego cobrarte todo Cuando te vayas ! Realmente ha sido la peor experiencia en cuanto a vivienda. Instalaciones sucias, dañan tu carro en los parking. JAMAS RENTARIA DE NUEVO AQUI PREFIERO VIVIR DEBAJO DE UN PUENTE QUE EN ESTA RATONERA !
My experience was great from the initial leasing process all the way to move-in day. Everything was explained clearly, communication was smooth, and the team made the whole transition easy. When I arrived, my apartment was completely ready clean, prepared, and exactly as promised. I really appreciated the professionalism. Highly recommend.

This place is SO LOUD! I wake up EVERY morning to the sound of garbage trucks or gardeners (before 8am). One time chainsaws 3 days in a row, so you know the apartment managers do not care about their renters well being. I don't live in the apartments, I live in a house next to this place, but I thought I should share my thoughts because it's my one day off this week and the noise coming from this complex has ruined any chance I had to sleep in (again!).
