No complaints, everything is great !!
The lease renewal went very smooth. I was having issues doing it online, so I went to see the ladies in the office and they went the extra steps as always to help solve the issues. If you get a unit in the back its clean quiet and the landscapers do an excellent job. The only downside is parking and management has been on top of it with the upcoming repavement, parking restructure project. It is nice to see them proactively upgrading our community.
we request a maintenance because the faucet is broken we explain and show the guy who came about the issue and that the faucet of the kitchen it was broken that needs to be replaced, he look at it and said that is not broken he tried to fixed but i think it was temporary, now under the sink is all flooded and all my stuff is wet.. and it need to be fixed immediately.
Nancy is incredibly amazing and patiently supportive from the beginning of touring the apartment to move in. She is very knowledgeable resolving some difficulties I had completing my application. She is highly recommended 👌😊
