After moving to Monroe I really wanted a gym that would be different than your average gym and something I can call a home gym! They welcomed me right now and everyone there is so nice and coach’s are amazing.
What a life changing experience. I am so thankful to have met Taylor and all the coaches. It has taken me 55 years to find a fitness program in my life that I im definetly addicted too. Fabulous burn programs, challenges and crossfit. Yippee for the new myzone heart monitors. Thankyou community❗❤❗❤
I was very nervous starting the 6 week workouts afraid I wouldn’t be able to physically keep up. The coaches are so supportive and encouraging that you realize you do have it in you. Thank you
Came in as a drop in and got a very warm welcome. Great session and great possibility to keep with training even when you're on the road.
