Horrible company. We just moved got a outrageous bill. We lived there for 3 yrs with our two kids. Had our ac go out for 3 months in the middle of the summer and it took her three months to find someone that actually knew what they were doing. Then our water heater went out in Jan. It took them two weeks to walk across the parking lot and grab another one. On top of me having to remind her every other day. Information is hard to find. Good price, apartments aren't bad, but definitely issues here. Right next to Trailbridge Townhomes, so that is an issue (noise, safety). Kids run all over with no parents watching and the noise level here isn't great either. Landlord is okay but not flexible on hours or anything if you work her office hours which are about 9-4 and that's if she is there. Don't expect quiet. Had my hamper stolen from the laundry room and my welcome mat stolen all within the first 2 weeks of living here. People lik... read more
