Thanks to a new management company, including an expert and kind resident manager, a highly capable general manager, and pleasant office staff, this building is wonderful to live in. It was always one of the best located buildings in Riverdale, with some of the most beautiful views anywhere in the City, and filled with many nice people.
Management and Board have changed over the past year. I’m very happy living here now, although I wasn’t before.
The last time when I was living at riverpoint Towers is when I was married to my beloved husband Daniel Lombardi at apartment 9A in the year of 2000. Let me tell you about my experience and thoughts of being a former tenant of apartment 9A. At that time we had a nice management c r e w and workers that has done a fantastic job. DO NOT LIVE HERE! It's cheap for a reason. They are stuck in the 1970s. Management doesn't care about you. The building manager is RACIST. He is a miserable person who loves to impose rules and not common sense. They impose fines for every little thing.
