Great staff, so happy with my apartment!
Pros: - Great view of the mountain if you face north on 2nd floor. Really the selling point - Relatively quiet, but this will depend on your neighbors - All windows and balcony doors were updated to double pane in early 2024 - Maintenance is quick, but only for easy fixes - Rodney was very kind and accommodating when I moved in, unfortunately he no longer works here Cons: - Roaches. My unit was absolutely filled with them from move-in all the way to move-out. They crawl out from the large gap under the kitchen cabinets. Spra... read more
tweakers always showing up randomly onto the property in the pool smoking drugs and making it unsafe to be out at night .
