Me and my roommate came for an apartment tour in hopes of moving in. However, upon arriving, this desk lady named Amanda was being rude not only to me and my roommate, but to other staff, Maggie, as well. It made me upset and uncomfortable with the fact that she was so unwelcoming and made our experience unpleasant during the duration of the tour. We hope this reaches the right people to correct her actions. Thank you.
I love everything about the staff always so sweet and helpful especially Amanda Martinez, she has such a loving smile!:)
The leasing manager Amanda at river point was fantastic to work with. She was very professional and got my application expedited through the process. She really helped me out doing that because I had a deadline. I'm excited to live here because of the friendliness and professionalism Amanda brought to the table.
Excellent staff and management. Attentive and kind. Makes sure we have notices early and answers all our questions.
