I have been here since April and am very happy here. I. Have never lived in a city before and was kind of dreading it. I have been very pleasantly surprised. I love the view from my apartment and the historic part of Lowell is really nice. Concerts a block away, the nations largest free folk festival. There is always something going on. The staff here is great. I would highly recommend River Place Towers to anyone. If a lifelong country boy city hating guy like me can find tranquility here anyone can.
