I have never dealt with a receptionist as rude as the one who answered the phone. I have no affiliation with this facility and was just calling back to tell them they had the wrong number.
Called several times to get in touch with a patient and was just told "they would call me back". Unacceptable. So unacceptable. Still haven't heard back from them so doubt the message was put through.
Let me start off by saying that I am highly educated, come from a wonderful family and have an amazing career making well over 6 figures a year. Why is this relevant? Because I know exactly how people who aren't like me are unfortunately degraded and dismissed in mental health facilities. They are treated like worthless trash. First of all I know the hospital is a living nightmare but I can't change the fact the hospital has good staff 10/10 patients 4.5/10 food 12/10 nurses 11/10 doctors 9.8/10 now what could be done better is the response of care but overall nice place to get the help you need when you need it most thanks favorite staff Mrs precious
