My family and I have lived here going on 4 years now and absolutely love it! Jeff and Carrie have been absolutely amazing! Carrie is very understanding and willing to help with whatever she can! Jeff takes the time every morning to go around the property and clean up any garbage he finds or even lawn care! I am Beyond grateful to have them as our property managers!
Jeff and Carrie started managing the property a couple months ago and have been so on top of getting things done around the complex. Jeff is often seen around the complex always taking care of things from leaf blowing to maintaining the trash area to making repairs. Jeff has come and done inspections and repairs for our unit and has always been timely and reliable and I feel safe with him there. I’ve been living here for about four months, and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. Carrie and Jeff are incredibly responsive whenever I have questions or concerns. Carrie made the leasing process so smooth and stress-free—she even FaceTimed me to give me a virtual tour of the apartment since I was moving from out of state!
