Jeff and Carrie started managing the property a couple months ago and have been so on top of getting things done around the complex. Jeff is often seen around the complex always taking care of things from leaf blowing to maintaining the trash area to making repairs. Jeff has come and done inspections and repairs for our unit and has always been timely and reliable and I feel safe with him there. I’ve been living here for about four months, and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. Carrie and Jeff are incredibly responsive whenever I have questions or concerns. Carrie made the leasing process so smooth and stress-free—she even FaceTimed me to give me a virtual tour of the apartment since I was moving from out of state! I have lived here for about 6 months now and Carrie and Jeff have been fantastic! They are fast to respond and take care of issues and they genuinely care! I appreciate their hard work and creating a safe environment!
Best apartments in the area. My family and I absolutely loved living here. The only reason for leaving is moving out of state. We lived here for four years and the management is wonderful. They were always quick to respond to any inquiries or maintenance needs. They are genuinely kind and caring. Every neighbor we had was great too. Never had a problem. We are sad to leave such a great place.
