Avoid Alexander & Bishop properties – My roommate and I lived in Concord Place (which is also owned by Alexander & Bishop) and then transfered to River Place to get away from the college crowd. When we did so, we were expecting a partial refund on our security deposit, as the River Place deposit was much lower than Concord's. However, the property manager said that we caused more than $300 worth of damage to the walls by filling nail holes from hanging pictures.
