Absolute Dump! Cockroachs, Rats,Homeless encampments surround the place. You car will get broken into and your bicycles will be stolen! Not to mention the on site manager is Less than professional!
This is a great place with a great manager. The neighbors are friendly, the manager is very laid back, and will work in your benefit. No shady neighbors, or loud music late into the night. My only complaint is the color scheme and that it looks like a commie-block straight out of Soviet Russia, but that's neither here nor there.
