I took my daughter to see Dr. Nystrom for a Psychological eval. We never received the results after many calles to Dr Nystrom. He always gave me an excuse on why he could not send it. I was very dissapointed with him. I expected more from a professional. I guess I was wrong. I find it odd that the only number that you can get is his. I would not recommend this office. It is not worth your time or money.
never sent the eval after 5 months and multiple calls. had to go elsewhere and will be reporting. don't waste your time or money
Mr. Nystrom is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Very hostile demeanor. Imagine Dr. Phil with anger issues, that’s what Mr. Nystrom acts like. Would not recommend.
Edit: the issue has been resolved, the doctor send the records the next day. Changing my rating. I'd like to preface this with a disclaimer that this was just our experience, it does not mean you will have the same issues. Every situation is different. We should have listened to the 1-star review, but I typically like to take those with a grain of salt. I never write bad reviews, however I feel this deeply.
