No complaints just a really necessary suggestion the fire alarms and all the apartments are at the top of the ceiling and or did you get it you would have to climb up with a ladder not even just a store and when you’re dealing with a 62+ Community that’s a hazard booking to happen I would suggest that yearly or at least every two years on a certain date. All the batteries are changed out because otherwise it never fails that it’s the middle of the night when it starts on the weekend and it hurt so loud you can’t sleep or eve... read more
My bathroom leaks were taken care of quickly which is great!
I know management offices get a lot of complaints, so I must give credit where it's due. Keisha , the manager at river park apts has been excellent over the years , as well as maintenance crew! Any time there is an issue and you reach out to her she responds quickly and professionally. She always seems to handle all issues with ease . She also seems to keep up with all issues regarding maintaining a lawn service crew that does a great job in maintaining the property , keeping it a pleasant place to live .
