The COA and ownership is really not in touch with regular people. I’ve had so many issues. Stay away from this trap.
Gorgeous, true lofts with concrete floors and lovely wood beams everywhere. And I'm unsure as to what the prior poster was talking about regarding the smell. I've lived here for 3 years and that's definitely not how I'd describe it. 🤣
Perfect lowertown location kiddie-corner from gorgeous Mear's Park. Two blocks to farmers market, Saints Stadium and dog park. Historic building, constructed in 1905! Seven floors of condos. Exposed brick and giant timbers. Friendly community.
Directly connected to the skyway. Walk for miles without going outside. In the heart of the action. Can't wait for the Twin Cities version of NYC's High Line to be built just a few blocks away. Responsible, respectful, sociable lifts, well maintained with engaged residents.
