I would not recommend this place. I brought two vintage watches here for battery replacement. The woman was so careless and rough and damaged them both digging into the case with a Razor blade. I mean it was actually insane to watch. You get what you pay for I guess but unless you want your items damaged, please steer clear.
Great family run jewelry shop. Went in for a watch repair that I was told needed to be redrilled in Miami by 3 different jewelry stores… here, at River Park Jewelers, she spent 5 minutes on my watch, used her brain and “whalla”… my watch is repaired! The cost of redrilling the pin hole in Miami would have been $50 - $100… at RPJ it was $3! Good people are hard to come by… bless you and your customers! Thank you!
I have gone here for years. Theyre honest lovely ladies and id trust them with my most favorite pieces.
I have had 2 repairs done here and recently had a 6 ct. Swiss blue topaz placed in a setting. It looks gorgeous! One of the repairs is on a difficult chain’s secondary lock and the repair has held steady. This is an old school mom and pop so be prepared for chit chat and a steady influx of regulars coming in!
The ladies who operate this store are wonderful. I’ve had many necklaces break from my toddler pulling on them. My husband has taken the broken chains in for repair for a few years now. Lucia has always quickly and expertly repaired the necklace. And she has not once charged us! We’ve tried to pay for the repairs and she refuses. I highly recommend River Park Jewelers for any jewelry repair needs.
