My Xite infotainment system, 2015 XSG2NA-X2, began getting repeated popup messages in the middle (and blocking the view of) the screen that "due to a serious error that the app would have to close". RV forums had various causes & fixes that didn't work. I phoned Riverpark tech support, live person answered in less then 30 seconds. He researched and found that SXM updated a large amount some of their data which the old radio firmware could not handle. Contacted XITE/Riverpark on their contact websites. Have a problem with one of their XSG2NA models. After days no response, obviously the sites are not monitored through customer service. J.P.
There so nice people unloading u so fast open receiver 5Am in the morning if anyone come in the night park on the dock they gonna wake u up by 5 am 🙏🏻
