The manager Sue is terrible. Mean and Controlling for power and control. Issues with her contact OGEN REAL EASTATE PROPERTIES IMMEDIATELY
Place was infested with bed bugs! Came in to move some furniture and the room was infested with bed bugs and they did not even tell us. And the old lady Susan there tried rushing us to do the job but would not tell us why and was very rude. Then their maintenance man Dominik spaldo tried getting tough with a kid for no apparent reason! I tried making a complaint but the old lady Susan keeps intercepting the complaints. I have NO PROBLEMS W/THE OFFICE. NONE. VERY NICE PERSON THAT DON'T ALLOW A WHOLE LOT OF MESS AND THAT ANGERS MANY. THAT'S HOW IT SHOULD BE. I'VE BEEN HERE GOIMG ON 10 YEARS. SOMETIMES IT'S THE RESIDENTS AND NOT THE OFFICE, ESP SUSAN. IF SUSAN WEREN'T AROUND, I PROBABLY WOULDN'T BE HERE.
Clean area. We used the common area in the basement with a friend who lives there.
