Guy never showed up, called multiple times-went to voicemail. Left voicemails and no response.
Neighbors are friendly. Kids are outside having fun. Nice place to live. The lake is right across the road and a walking trail is just a 5 minute walk from here.
The entire experience dealing with these guys is bizarre. They seemingly only advertise through craigslist. They do not have their actual number listed. The only point of contact is the maintenance man. They will not direct you to where you need to go when you tour/drop things off. They direct you to another building and give directions from there. Extremely sketchy.
