Too Small for how much you end up paying I used to live here many years ago and I have to say there apaerments are itty bitty for what you have to pay and it isn't even a nice area. They just repainted it though, since the hurricanes from last year destroyed it so it looks a little bit nicer but still isn't worth the money and knowing them the rent went up since it was painted. The only really good thing is it's pretty queit there. PROS: Pretty Color CONS: Too small
