old and overpriced apartments. They prey on Service members. They are very aggressive on asking you to extend your lease immediately. If you are in the military. I recommend you stay away from this place.

Great community with all the amenities, Awesome Staff, perfectly located and property is the best in town. If your looking for an apartment this is a no brainier.
If I was ever gonna move back to Yuma, I’d return to River Park without a doubt. It’s located right next to everything, walking to Wally, fast food, and grocery. Secure, quiet and maintenance is on the spot for repairs. Loved the purified water machine. Only complaint is the management needs to be more aggressive at cracking down on residents leaving dog poo. The apt even supplies bags, but some people are just inconsiderate.
I have nothing but positive things to say about River Park Apartments. I moved here from across the country and am so glad I chose to live here. They offer a teacher discount and very nice apartments for the price. There is a very friendly community and I feel totally safe. Security can be seen driving around and monitoring nightly. Alex seems to know everyone and always takes care of any issues I might have. Thank you River Park for a very positive living experience!!
Worse place to leave can't hang flags outside not even the u.s flag which I think is crazy as hell. They complain about dress code when some people have screen doors and some don't. Water gets turned off and where not even notified!

Anthony, I am sorry to hear you feel this way. We work hard to keep the community looking great for everyone, and part of that includes having rules in place as defined in each lease that residents sign when they move in. The only time water is shut off without notification is when there is an emergency leak situation, which I'm sure you understand.
