They dump their sewage into the river according the the Indiana DNR. I hope they get shut down
Nice apartments... but need to secure the building by putting locks on entrance doors...
Beautiful view on the river and nice apartments that are currently all being redone and updated...only problem is a few people who are behind on rent and getting evicted trying to create issues for the complex and new tenants, but they are being taken care of by the owners. They had an issue with the old sewer system from the 1960's where a very small amount of sewage (less than 50 gallons) ended up in the river - nothing compared to the thousands of gallons dumped by Mishawaka and Elkhart every week (you can see it coming o... read more
