Priced out of housing? River Park Apartments is a Seniors-only complex that is income- restricted. I live here, in a neat white fourplex with an open, roomy floor plan, with laundry hookups. The location is fantastic: near downtown, and across the street from an open field, River Walk, and the Brazos River. There is a community laundry, pool, and small gym.
