전화받는 프론트 여성분 정말이지 다시는 상대하기싫은~~ 약 리필을 원하는데 3병중에 2병만와서 나머지 한병을 해달라하니 무슨약이냐? 하기에 히드로클로로~뭐라하니 정확한 이름을대라. 이름이 길기에 다 외우지못하니 내 히스토리에 약 이름이 없을까요? 물으니 리필할땐 약이름을 정확히 대셔야 리필을 하지요~~라네요. 10년가까이 그런일없이 받아왔는데 왜 새삼 이러는지요~~.. 우리는 잘못이없다. 약 오더하시는 원장님이 눈이나빠서 잘 못보셨을거다. 계속 자기네는 잘못이 없다하네요. 그럼 누구 잘못인가요? 원장님한테 직접 컴플레인 해야하나요? 물으니 위에서 하라는대로 했을뿐이라네요. 참 나. 기가막히네요. 이글 보시는분들. 어찌들 하시나요? 약 리필할때 먹는약 이름을 다 얘기하시나요? 너무 화가나서 다른데로 옮긴다 하니 약 리필도 안보내주네요. 제가 진상짓 한건가요?
