This doctor's office is amazing from the the front staff to the nurses and doctors. Very fast and efficient and the doctors and nurse practitioner are extremely knowledgeable and experienced

Every visit it seems like the doctors or nurse practitioners change and the folks at the front desk always seem to have an attitude. They also do not know how to put together an itemized receipt. My last visit I wanted to square away any outstanding bills and was told I have nothing left to pay. Received a bill several months later.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any medical office. If the staff is this incompetent, the bare minimum would be basic courtesy, but they fail at both. There were repeated billing mistakes, they were unable to process insurance correctly, and every phone interaction felt hostile, as if I were inconveniencing them. The only reason I kept going was because Dr. Kang seemed like a decent person—but even that couldn’t make up for how poorly this office is run.
