Just had my birthday dinner at the River Palm Terrace and it was by far the worst experience I've had there, ever. When we called to reserve our table, we were given 2 options: inside or outside. Little did we know, there were 2 outside options, which we were not given the choice between: outside under the tent with heat lamps and lights and tablecloths, or outside in the parking lot in the cold with no light and no table covering.
