I've been seeing Ida for a while now, and she's honestly incredible. She's so empathetic and actually listens, so I feel understood and heard. She's also taught me so much about grounding techniques and challenging negative thoughts, which has made such a big difference. She's subtle but also direct and positive. If you're looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and makes you feel comfortable, I'd highly recommend her.
