The staff at RIver Oaks Med Spa are fantastic! Super friendly and courteous! The office is light and clean. The energy is calming and the location is easy to find.
I really like this place! The atmosphere is very inviting! The NP. Misti is great , she suppiled me with a lot of knowledge on how to approch my eating habits , and exercise..I was walking a 1 mile aday now I am up to 3 miles...With in two weeks I lost 6lbs! Great , can't wait to see what happens in the next 30 days. Wonderful expectations! I recommend this place to anyone who wants a lifestyle change!

Today was my second visit and had my first facial ever. The results were immediately noticeable. I'm glowing! The staff is very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I appreciate the personalized advice and recommendations on my overall health.
I started my program at Texas Health and Weight Institute the end of February 2014. Since then I have lost 40 pounds!!! I used to wear a size 12 (which was tight) and an XL shirt. I'm now in a size 4 (which is loose) and a size small shirt. I definitely recommend coming here. The staff is very friendly.
